Orders are dispatched within 8 to 14 days of being placed. If it has been longer than that, or your tracking link isn't working, write to us and we will check on it for you.

Still can't find it?
Check your spam folder for the confirmation email, and make sure the email address on your order is correct. If in doubt, message us. We would rather check twice than leave you waiting.
