How we ship

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and Speed Post.

Dispatch and delivery timelines

Orders are dispatched within 8 to 14 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines after dispatch are subject to courier company and postal norms.

Our pieces are made in small batches, which is why dispatch takes a little longer than a mass-market store. Every order is prepared with care before it reaches you.

Payment and COD

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment gateway.

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. A handling fee of Rs. 60 applies to all COD orders and is added at checkout.

Delivery address

Delivery is made to the address provided by you at checkout. Please check your address and phone number carefully before placing the order, as we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Order confirmation and shipping updates are sent to the email address and phone number provided at checkout.

Delays

House of Tan is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities, or for delays due to circumstances outside our control such as weather, strikes or regional restrictions. We guarantee to hand over your consignment to the courier within the stated dispatch window.
